Do your bi-fold door tracks work with any folding doors?
In order to work with one of our bi-fold door track systems, your folding doors will need to meet certain size and weight requirements, but these are clearly listed in the product descriptions, so your chances of picking up the wrong folding door mechanism are minimal.
For example, certain bi-fold door tracks may only be able to hold a weight of 75kg. Each folding door track system will also only work with a minimum door thickness - usually 38mm - so it is essential that you check the precise dimensions and weight of your door to choose the right product for you.

Do your bi-fold door tracking systems come with a guarantee?
Yes. As a mark of confidence in their quality, our bi-fold door tracking systems come with a 10-year warranty. That means if your folding door mechanism develops a fault within 10 years of it being installed, you can reach out to us and we will look into the problem for you.
This warranty only covers faults that are developed as a result of the quality of the tracking system, though.
Accidental damage or damage sustained as a result of improper use won’t be covered.
