Sliding Door Kits For Wardrobes
Transform old-fashioned, boring wardrobes into scene stealers for your clients with a sliding wardrobe door kit from Runners. Instead of oversized, imposing doors that swing outward, sliding wardrobe door kits allow you to install doors that elegantly roll towards the end panels of wardrobes, to reveal their contents.
Whether for simply storing clothes or creating an innovative display area, sliding wardrobe door kits are a must-have tool to create the silky-smooth rolling cupboard door effect people everywhere adore. Ideal for saving room in cramped places like small offices, tiny bedrooms or cosy apartments, sliding wardrobe door kits remove the need for cumbersome wardrobe doors that take up way more space than they save, for a more minimalist style that's as visually pleasing as it is practical. Plus, you can use our sliding door kits on a range of sliding wardrobe doors in different colours and themes - from wood effect doors to clean and crisp doors in dove grey, the possibilities are endless.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are sliding wardrobe door kits easy to install?
Absolutely.
All sliding wardrobe door kits from Runners are designed with ease of installation in mind - no intricate parts, no excessive lifting. All of our kits also include data sheets, so you can see exactly what parts need to go where, making the whole process much simpler if you're unsure.
Some of our pages even have instructional videos for an even clearer picture of what needs to be done. But if you're still unsure, get in touch with Runners - we'd be happy to help.
What sliding wardrobe door kits do I need?
This depends on the type and weight of doors in your project. We have various sliding wardrobe door kits to suit a range of projects, so browse our selection to find the right kit for you. But if you don't see the right kit for your project, or you think you might require something slightly different, speak to a member of the Runners team and we will be able to point you in the right direction.
Can I use sliding wardrobe door kits on any door?
No - sliding wardrobe door kits need to be used on wardrobe doors that are designed specifically for sliding. These doors are often much thinner and smaller than standard wardrobe doors, because they're built to be used in a different way.
Traditional wardrobe doors open outwards and are often far too heavy or the wrong dimensions to use as sliding doors, so be sure you have the right sliding doors for your project before making a purchase.
Does the weight of the door matter when using sliding wardrobe door kits?
Yes - our sliding wardrobe door kits are built with the weight of the doors you'll be using in mind. This is because the materials are crafted to withstand different weights, so always double-check the weight of your doors before you begin.
For example, our ProSlide 18 Wardrobe Track Kit is able to handle doors of up to 50kg in weight, whereas our Ultra Bypass Double Track Sliding Wardrobe Door Kits are able to withstand door weights of up to 100kg.
Using doors that are heavier than the designated weights may result in the tracks struggling or failing entirely.
